What are the included out of box tunes for an 8145 tuner? I have this odd issue with my 2019 F150 5.0 where the ethanol calculation is all screwed up when I run 87 fuel. Will any of the stock tunes disable the ethanol calculation and just give it a fixed number or is that something I will have to have custom tuned?

that is not something we address in the tunes we provide. 2019 F150 should have 87, 91 and 93 octane tunes.

So, even if I run the 87 tune the factory ethanol calculations will still be in effect and timing will be based on that calculation?

I would have to assume so.
Have you looked into whether there is an updated calibration available from the dealer?

Yes, and I am running the latest calibration. They don't know what the issue is either.
