Ignition Updater not connecting to Diablo server

Hello all,

I went to update my T2 before another attempt to swap my PCM and finally tune my vehicle.

When I connected my T2 to the Windows PC to update I got a prompt that it failed to connect to the server. I tried it the Wifi way and I got a prompt: DOWNLOAD OF UPDATE FAILED. AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE CHECKING FOR UPDATES.

Are the servers down?

this was resolved on Monday, sorry about that.

It was Mike. Everything updated perfectly. Sorry, forgot to follow up on the post.

BTW, was going to call to ask customer support but I’ll just ask you here. I did the core swap exchange program, but I’m approaching the 14 day limit, because I haven’t had a lot of time to finish swapping out the PCM. (Or I should say, I’ve tried a couple of times but had to abandon ship for various reasons) if I let you guys know about this, would I be able to get an extension on the course swap time period? Or even if I’m charged and I get the core back to you later than 14 days would you guys knock off the charge?

you can contact the team for an extension. You'll get a polite call and email before anyone charges you.
And yes, if you get charged, its credited back once we get the core back.
