understanding fuel trims
would short fuel trim reading .5% through a hard pull with nitrous be acceptable for my 2020 Camaro SS? i've seen alot of post stating fuel trims should be negative, just trying to make sure i don't need to start checking for a vaccum leak? Should i add some fuel in the fuel adjustment parameters? I'm assuming the (+) and (-) in the 3 different rpm ranges is adjusting fuel, not air correct? I'm using the Diablo 93octane tune atm if that matters.

its tricky, you are very close to zero so Id say its good. Might help to bump the fuel jet up a touch to be safe.

Regarding your question, a short fuel trim reading of 0.5% during hard acceleration with nitrous can be considered acceptable, but there are a few things you should pay attention to. If you don't see any other signs like engine instability or loss of power, you probably don't need to worry too much. However, if you want to be sure, checking for vacuum leaks is a good idea.
Regarding fuel adjustments in the tuning parameters, it is true that (+) and (-) in different rev ranges are usually related to adjusting the amount of fuel, not air. If you are using a Diablo 93 octane tune, make sure it matches your setup and experiment with slight adjustments to see if there is any improvement.
