Custom ecu tune w/diablo tcm tune

I have a few custom ecu tunes and 1 custom tcm tune loaded on my P2. Would I be able to start with a Diablo Sport tune so I can make changes to the trans. Then install one of my custom ecu tunes after?

I'm not 100% sure I am following what you are asking, but you can switch from one tune to another at any time.

What I did... I loaded the diablo ecu/tcm first. Then loaded my custom tune but skipped the trans so just loaded the ecu. Seemed to of worked.. diablo trans tune and a non diablo ecu tune. Do you see any issues doing this?
