Tuner won’t start?

Heya, I’ve had a tuner for quite some time, got it for my 06 300 3.5 limited, worked like a charm and was amazing! Now though out of nowhere I plug the i3 platinum in to the port and it dosnt get passed the “i3 performance programmer” screen when. Are there any ways for me to perform a “reset” or anything like that? I’m hoping to be able to get back to using it! Anything helps!

does the i3 drive appear when connected to a PC?

I don’t believe so last I checked, after I’m off work if my laptop wants to work I can give it a look though, I’m hoping so
