Haven’t got my tuner T2 back from repair

I sent my T2 out for repair and that was oct15 and got to the holly tuning group in utah and it got delivered the 22nd of October now its coming up to almost 2 months without a tuner so i called again a week ago and i gave them a rma number , they said they never received it but they gonna check their shipping department and gave me a call back , never got a call back from them so im here without a clue whats going on with my tuner and i can’t tune my car so i want to know whats the hold up….. i sent an image with the shipping number below. RMA NUMBER IS 255110
