how to factory reset the T2

im trying to factory reset the T2 tuner. im still having issues with the cooling fans running at full speed and i also noticed at the same time when it does that my factory engine coolent gauge stops and goes to zero. also when the gauge is working the T2 tuner will fready about 30 degrees cooler then the factory gauge.

restore the original backup stock tune to the vehicle... then run the Update Agent program on your pc/laptop and update the Trinity to the latest updates/fixes, and then it's good to go... you can reinstall the preset canned tune to the vehicle.

have you ever seen it where the temp gauge on the T2 tuner doesnt match the Factory temp gauge on the vehicle its tunes to or even if your just using it for extra gauges. The update agent program is that the ignition program?

there is a setting in the settings menu to restore default PIDs, try that.
what vehicle are you referring to here?

i have a 2017 chevy silverado with a 6.2 engine. ill try that and get back to you if it works or not.

i reset the pid's to the factory settings and it still shows up different

your concern is the ECT PID displaying what you think is a lower value than it should be?
