"An error has occurred (0)"

Post by osr »

We recently bought a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 and the seller also provided the inTune i1000. When we tried to change the tune, we get "The vehicle is not supported, contact DiabloSport".

Next, we connected it to a Windows laptop, but get "An error has occurred (0)". We've already uninstalled, reinstalled, used a different USB port, a different USB cable, but still the same result. Attached is the info.xml file. Could someone please assist us in getting this great device to work?

connect to a pc, dont let any of the autoplay stuff run.

download/install/run our Update Agent software from the downloads page on our website.

Let Update Agent update the device, should be good to tune from there.

i will preface, this is a very old device, and the info file tells me it has a memory issue, id recommend updating to a newer device. We will give you 25% off a new device if you want to trade that one in.

Ensure that your 2014 Ford Mustang V6 is supported by the inTune i1000 device. Sometimes, certain vehicles may require a specific update or compatibility for tuning.
Contact DiabloSport Support: Given the "vehicle is not supported" message, there may be a compatibility issue that DiabloSport can clarify. It's a good idea to reach out to them for confirmation of compatibility with your Mustang V6.
