Wrong sku and data base is incorrect

While attempting to program vehicle it says wrong SKU and then when I did some looking around in the help and info I noticed that the database says for Ford I have a dodge

2009 ram 1500 yeah i selected the correct truck when i purchased it im using diablosport t2

post the serial number off the device or attach the info.xml file from the t2 drive here please.

Got an invoice or receipt by chance?

It comes back as a monitor, not a tuner at all.
