I appreciate any help given to me. Apology if I've posted to the incorrect forum area.
I have a 2010 Dodge Challenger RT, 5.7 litre Hemi.
Years ago, I bought a T1000 Trinity tuner and installed it. I applied one of the tunes that came with the tuner. I recently had an accident inside the car where I completely broke off the OBD II programming cable from the tuner. It snapped off at the tuner port and this cable can no longer be bought anywhere or fixed. So I took this as a sign to upgrade and I bought a Trinity T2.
My question is that before I install and program a new tune with the T2, is there a way I can reset/restore my vehicle to its factory tune before I apply a new one with the new T2 device? I see that in my T2 Owners Manual, on pg. 16, in has instructions to "restore vehicle". Is this all I need to do? Or will the tune I implented originally with the old T1000 need to be cleared out by some other method?
Please help.

Re: How to reset to factory from T1000 tune?
the t2 will read the backup and see it is our tune. it will then ask you to update, where it will download a stock oem file from our server, then you;'ll load that to the pcm. Once thats done, your back to stock and the tool will start fresh and take a backup and let you load the tunes.
