Can you Upgrade 9050?

I have come across a DiabloSport ( Trinity 2 (T2 /MX) Monitor Only). I found it in my Grandpa's garage when cleaning it out, New in Box. I have searched and seen this is a monitor only no tunes on device. My Question, Can this be Upgraded to a Tuner? , and will it work for a 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3L? If Yes, Where do I start. If No, what can I do with this I see list price was like $500.00.
