Diablosport intune i3 won’t fully boot up

Whenever I plug my i3 in it will turn on then it will flash a white screen then it will go to the logo screen and it gets stuck at the logo screen and is unresponsive I have tried different vehicles and even tried my computer still the same result I cannot get it to fully boot up. Also the drive doesn’t appear whenever it’s plugged into my computer I believe because it doesn’t fully boot up. Any suggestions would be very helpful thank you.
