PC will not recognize Intune 2

Will someone please help me get my PC to recognize Intune 2?
- I downloaded and installed the Update Agent program on my windows 10 PC.
- Then I connected my Intune 2 to my PC.
- The I2 booted up to the main menu/screen.
- Then I launched the Update Agent program on my PC. It still says 'Connect Device' and never recognizes the I2.
- Also I don't see an 'I2 drive' in windows explorer.

make sure the usb cable is fully seated, gotta get the i2 drive to appear before anything will work there.
