Update Agent Sort of killed my DiabloSport I2

I upgraded to the new Update Agent 1.0 (1.76.21125.21153).

I plugged in my I2. Recognized my tuner and updates. Asked if I wanted to apply them. I did and everything looked like it was working just fine. I saw updates being applied on my screen. Meanwhile Update Agent said when I saw a screen that matched theirs to unplug and plug back in the unit. I did and then it proceeded to fail saying that there is not enough room.

The error message on Update Agent mentions "Not enough room on device for update file /DCX_TUNES.itf" - Device Error." The file size is 124989656. The space available is 90071040. The drive space total is 104513536.

I called for support, they had me erase everything but the info.xml file and tunes folder.

I tried again with the same result.

They said there was nothing that can be done, and offered me 25% off an I3.

But the unit is not bricked, just stuck on an update or fails to show the GUI interface. What the unit does show is the little devil with the I2 logo.

There must be some forced fix to get it to move on and complete.

can you post the serial number off the device or attach the info.xml file from the i2 drive?
