2018 Ram 1500 5.7 Custom Tune Fan Settings HUGE ISSUES

Okay il start from the beginning, I had ordered a diablosport tuner in December of 2022 I was looking for a little bit extra so I ended up going with a Hemifever custom tune. And I'm loving the tune so far the only issue is the fan settings do not adjust with my changes. For example the Diablo tune will kick the fans on at 204ﾟ Fahrenheit though the desired ETC is set to 221 Fahrenheit. I've spoken with Sean from hemifever on the issue and everything with the tune seems to be operating properly I have swapped the thermostat to a 190ﾟ thermostats so I'm looking to set the fans to kick on at 205 and kick off at 192 Fahrenheit.

I've tried everything under the sun, updating the unit, adjusting desired ect to 160°, updated tunes from Sean, reloading the tune 10 times to no avail. I'm sure it's a diablosport issue because the Diablo 93 tune kicks the fan on at a lower temp but even though the tuner says 221.

I've been back and fourth on this for days now and haven't had any help from the support team over the phone.

I'd love to just have my custom tune with just the fan settings from the diablo tune
..someone please help I'm pleading over here

Something may have gone wrong, temporarily revert to default fan settings or contact DiabloSport support directly for a safe, stable custom configuration.

load the diablo tune that has the fans how you like them, then grab the last tune written from the device and post it here, along with the custom tune from Sean, and we'll check it out.
