Hello,
Has anyone experienced an issue when opening a package and connecting it to your Mac for the first time? After downloading updates, it indicates that the updates are complete and that it will reboot the unit, but then it just stays on the "please wait" screen for 30-40 minutes with a moving red dot. How long should this process take? Is there a problem preventing it from rebooting?
