The car does not see the update
The car does not see the update
Hello, I'm asking for help. I connect the device to the car and get this message, I click the checkbox and receive the following message. I go and connect the device to the PC, it says that it is updated. I go to the car and the same thing happens, what should I do? I am attaching the info.xml file.

this is a pretty old device, post the info.xml file from the intune drive and we'll take a look.

the infof ile you posted is not asking for an update, which i would expect based on the images provided. Post a new copy of the info file please.

its asking for it now. Update with the update agent software and it should download the file.

The update agent that is located on the dcx memory card is not working. Writes that there is no connection to the server. You can send the update files to [email protected] ? I will manually update the device myself.

you need to use the update agent software from our website and install it on your PC.
The old intune updater that lives on the device is no longer supported.
