got a trinity t2 from my sisters boyfriend, not married
i tried to update it via wifi and it said download failed couldnt resolve host name
tried via USB and it says device error contact support (update agent version1.76.21125.21153 says up to date

I can see where you made several attempts to update on the 27th,andwe uploaded a copy of the device info.xml file on each attempt, so my first guess is that it may be a firewall on your PC or network thats keeping ignition from downloading anything to the device?

we tried to see if network has a firewall and cant see one
we tried a different computer and turned firewall off and still same results
