2007 5.7 hemi charger rt need help

I have a rwd 2007 charger rt 5.7L i just added my longtube headers and catless midpipes and had to unplug my egr i was wondering would i need a costume tune in order to run with these mods and also to turn off mds

a custom tune would be best with the longtubes for sure.
