How to Fix Intermittent Connection Issues with inTune i3 on Windows 11?

Has anyone experienced the issue where the inTune i3 is sometimes not recognized by Windows 11 after being plugged in? Mine works fine most of the time, but occasionally it won’t connect unless I restart my PC. I’ve tried different USB ports and cables, but the issue still pops up randomly. Is this a driver problem, or do I need to update the firmware? Any tips would be appreciated!

the pc just sees it as an external USB device, it sounds more like a PC related issue than anything related to the i3 itself.
