DiabloSport Software Update Issue – Car Not Receiving OBD2 Signal

Hi everyone,
I just installed the DiabloSport ECU tuner and am trying to update to the latest software. When connecting to my car (2018 Ford F-150), the device says it is connected successfully, but the software does not receive the OBD2 signal, and I cannot download the update. I have tried changing the USB port and restarting both the car and the computer, but it still does not work.

I would like to ask if anyone has encountered a similar situation and if there is a way to ensure the software update is successful without affecting the ECU. Also, is there any tip to check the cable or settings before updating to avoid this error?
