Can’t read ecm

I loaded a tune in my 07 dodge ram 5.7 hemi I got to we’re it has you cycle the key off then on once I did that it started saying couldn’t read power control module now I can’t get my truck to start even with a obd scanner it will not read I have power all the way to the ecm one of my buddies said that it could have erased the ecm and it doesn’t have anything I’m stumped it would start just fine until I tried loading a tune from my tuner that he emailed me which was a starting tune

does the device attempt to restore the stock tune in recovery mode?
