Help I3 intune stuck in recovery mode

Help I3 intune stuck in recovery mode

I have a 2010 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi I installed the 91 octane tune well atleast I thought I did apparently it never installed correctly turns out my battery was low don't know if that had anything to do with it but now the truck does nothing all lights work but it won't turn over and when I plug the tuner back in it says its in recovery mode and when it toys to install the backup file it shits itself and has to be restarted I don't know what to do someone plz help
