Vehicle Not Supported after Purchasing Add License

Hello,
I purchased another license and updated the device from Ignition/Update agent. Before purchasing the license, it said I needed to purchase one. Now it says vehicle not supported when I plug it into the car. I've tried uninstalling. Reinstalling ect. I have a hard time calling because I work 8am-5pm CST.

What do I need to do for the tuner to recognize my vehicle? Its a 2020 Ford Explorer St. Was originally used on a F150 2.7 Ecoboost.

I passed this over to support, but it looks like an older cal that will need to be updated by the dealer.

I just bought another license to tune my Ford Flex 2016. It says the same thing about not being supported.

what year is the flex?
