Adding wideband with EAS

Trying to add my PLX wideband to the new T2. Updated the T2 yesterday, hooked up the signal wire that has verified voltage values on it but the system doesn't recognize it. Rebooted several times with no change. Trying to get some help before tech support opens tomorrow, if possible.

Any ideas on why the EAS isn't being recognized?

if its not even recognizing the EAS, please give the tech team a call so we can sort it out or replace it if needed.
