2017 Silverado 1500LT 4x4 5.3L with upgrades
I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 with the 5.3L motor. I've done a k&n cold air intake. a jet performance 60mm throttle body and mass airflow sensor, a throttle body spacer, flowmaster exhaust, and MSD coils and wires. I have been using the 91 octane tune on my i3 tuner and everything was great for a few days, but after it snowed the other day I went out to drive the truck and it fired up fine, but when I put it into drive or reverse the truck didn't go into any gear. I reloaded the tune and it would go into gear once but if I tried to switch from reverse to drive or change gears in any way it would go back to neutral again and I would have to reload the tune to get into gear. It was doing the same thing when I returned it to stock as well. I'm getting a few trouble codes now as well. The codes have to do with the tps sensor fault and then I get a barometric pressure code and another for air intake pressure. I'm guessing the new setup means I need to change something with the intake but I didn't know what to do. Please help

the issue is not related to the tune. Best practice is to stop reloading the tune at this point.
The MAF you mention often leads to codes with tunes, as it tricks the pcm to run lean, and I'd suggest running the stock MAF, but thats not your issue here.
The codes are likely pointing you to the issue, troubleshoot from there.

The throttle position sensor would cause your issue... and is a common issue on these trucks... Not a tune issue... sounds like you need a new throttle position sensor...
and you need to get rid of that Jet MAF sensor and the throttle body spacer, asap...
Get rid of that throttle body spacer!! Doesn't do anything for ya.. gains you nothing.. those are an old-school carburetor trick and does nothing for newer fuel injected/direct-injected vehicles... it can also mess up the air flow and make things worse... so get rid of that spacer...
Get rid of that aftermarket MAF sensor!! bad bad bad... Aftermarket MAF sensors do not report true, correct information to the ECM... aftermarket MAF sensor calibrations fool the ECM into thinking the engine is running leaner than it really is, so when trying to tune it and adjust the airflow/fueling correctly, it will never really be right/correct, because that aftermarket MAF sensor is not reporting true/accurate info to begin with... Plus, they usually cause idle and driveability issues... The stock GM MAF sensors are good for 600+ hp anyway, so there is no reason to change it... So put the stock GM MAF sensor back on...
and for future reference... Do NOT use MSD or any aftermarket coils and wires... You don't gain anything at all, and GM's HATE it... and I have seen thousands of times where they introduce misfires... With these trucks, you want to use the stock/GM coils, and AC Delco or NGK plugs and plug wires, period....
