2021 GMC unlock issues

When trying to install my tune I’m getting these messages. Tried updating the tuner as well and says it is updated. This was just purchased new from a vender that drop ships them from Holley. Followed the setup steps as well.

This is what I am getting now. Using a brand new Mac. At this point I’m almost ready to just return this product. As the hours to call and talk with someone is during my work hours.

did you not already have an account for the update agent software?

i think i see the issue. the first name when you created the account is STefn, there is no a, so try it misspelled like that.

Well if that works I’ll feel dumb. And then if it doesn’t work I’ll still feel dumb bc then more then likely I fat fingered more of the info
And my verdict is “the operation has timed out” device error.

Good news got it to tune. Now to play around with the settings and get it dialed in.
