New License Now What?

I had an old I3 tuner for a 2017 Chevy Silverado I found recently. It was stolen so it still has the Chevy Diablew tunes on it and is married to that truck. I wanted to use it to tune a 2018 Explorer Sport I recently purchased. I purchased a Ford license and got the email it was ready so I updated the I3 and it did a bunch of stuff and I guess installed the new license

Now what? I plugged it into the explorer and it booted up and said its ready to tune and had an 87, 91 & 93 tunes listed. Are those for the Explorer or are those Chevy tunes. Since I just bought a Ford license and not anything specific to the Explorer I just dont wanna brick anything. My plan is to get a custom tune soon but I figured since I had this thing I would run a canned tune for the time being if I can

it will only show you tunes for the vehicle you are connected to. They are for the Explorer, load one up and hold on
