this should be sorted, we need to reset the T2, trigger the cal update at the vehicle, then run Update Agent to get the file, and it should work as expected from there.

Are we taking about a forced calibration?
Guy said to send it in. Honestly a little frustrating, I can only take it in to post on my days off. been almost a week without my truck.
He suggested again to send it in. Because im in canada they cant cover shipping it. Gonna be down for weeks by the time this is over.
Issue is now the t2 doesnt see the pcm at all. My other scanners pick it up but not the t2.

it was unclear to me that the pcm is apparently not responsive. Unless you have a local means of getting it flashed, sending it in would be ideal.
