2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7 Not supported
I just received my unit last night and immediately updated it however, The unit fails to pair with my truck please advise.

this is usually the device asking to check for an update so it can update the pcm in the truck to a supported calibration.
Update it, load the update to the truck, then try tuning again.
