Predator X

Good afternoon,
I purchased the Predator X for my 2025 Dodge Durango RT. I was following the instructions on the app it said my car was not supported.
The Holley website clearly states that this device supports my car. I called customer service and the nice lady said it does not support my car.
Can someone please let me know if this device can be used on my vehicle.

Only the 6.2L Hellcat Durango is supported... Your 5.7L Durango R/T is not supported...
