Issue Connecting PLX Wideband to T2

Hi all,

I’m currently having trouble getting my PLX wideband to communicate with the new T2 unit. I performed the T2 update yesterday and wired the signal connection — I’ve confirmed that voltage is present, so the wiring seems correct. However, the system still doesn’t recognize the EAS device. I’ve also tried restarting everything several times, but the problem remains.

Since support won’t be available until tomorrow, I thought I’d check here first to see if anyone has run into a similar situation or might know what could be causing the EAS not to show up.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We'd expect the device to see the EAS once its connected to the cable. Were you able to call in to support today?
