Fresh 19 gm l87 DOD Delete questions

Ok so by the title im fresh off a DOD delete rebuild...using texas speed build your own kit on 19 gmc l87 tuning with the diablo and after tune im throwing trouble codes for the silioniods not being in there isnit supposed to do that??

are you using the TS-3090 i3 that they provide for the kit?
If so it should disable all the necessary codes, anything still popping up is likely outside of the way the kit was meant to be installed.
