identifying i3 model

Post by TooTall »

Someone is selling this i3, but doesn't know what model it is. Does anyone know which model it is? Here's the info from the sticker on the back of the tuner

I have the same issue: I bought an I3 and when I connected it. It says it was unsupported need to update firmware. Thats another problem, says unable to reslove host when I do that. Had to fight with it to join the network but finally did.

It suppose to be for a 2013 Ram. The guy I bought it from had the same vehicle. How do I verify the tuner and update it?

Its:

Thanks for the help.

Fixed.... Just had to be persistent in getting the I3 to finally connect to the host. Once the firmware updated loaded the unit worked.
