pcm not backing up error

i have a 2015 ram sport 5.7 Just got done MDS deleting it. i have the I3 tuner and have updated it. PCM is unlocked. Once i go to tune and back up PCM the tuner get stuck in recovery mode and does not let me proceed.

was the pcm unlocked by us?

No it was done by hp tuners

chances are, thats the issue. all unlocks are not the same unfortunately.
It can be sent here for our unlock service if you want to use that device.
