Tune won't upload

Just got my predatorx for my 2010 300c hemi. Initially I tried to upload a 87 cai tune right away but it seems to keep losing Bluetooth connection and fails.

I've tried updating the software, says 97 files. Takes for ever. I've given up several times because of the length of time. Right now I've got it going for about an hour and half and it's still going. Put a trickle charger on the car since that's all I got.

Guess my question is will it upload the tune once the dongle is up to date? Could it possibly be just low battery voltage that wasn't letting the tune upload?

I have called and they sent the bug log off to see whats going on. i could never get the update to work. when i update the tune section i assume thats just for my car where as the app section for device update is for all vehicles? when i update the tuning section it always stops at power os.. dongle light shuts off and i lose bluetooth. the dongle light also never flashes green and sometimes the files uploaded will go straight to 4 out of 8 when loading a tune.

are you able to find out any info on my case? its been several days. i have a drag race event im going to this weekend i was hoping to use this but im guessing thats not gonna happen now.

Im having a hard time believing its an app issue but i guess anything is possible. ive spoke with another agent on the phone and my case was escalated again. not sure what that means. he did say he would phone me back personally this time.

any idea when the app update will be out?

I'm having the same issue and wish that I had looked at this forum sooner, spent many hours over the long weekend thinking that I was doing something wrong when it stated could not connect to server. This evening it connected and will make it the point that it shows 1 of 7 files loaded then it stops and the LED goes out. I gave up after an hour plus. Will something be posted on this forum when the issue is resolved?

i have spent a few hours with this trying everything.
you're the first ive encountered with the same issue as me. i will be posting when a solution is found for sure. seems like most of the posts here end without one which is frustrating as well.

Mine is running now. Tech had me to unpair the Uconnect then do stuff in a different order. Turn on switch, open app, then connect device, then the 7 tune files downloaded (before only 1 file would load) but would not install due to 'missing files'. Our call dropped at 4:55 so I kept trying stuff. Updated the app with no difference. Scrolled down to Device, then 'Update Device' even though it told me not to unless Tech told me to. Started over from the beginning and it installed! Updating the Device was what it needed to finish.
This is a new (not reman) engine W/O MDS. I had to get the MDS switched off before I could start it for the first time.

Did you update app by going to Google Playstore and click on 'Update' where it usually says 'Install'? Updating my device had 74 files and took less than 10 minutes. Both App Version and Device Firmware version were different.

I even restarted my phone after the app update. I've disconnected the dongle and let it discharge. Cleared the app cache. I've done everything I've found on Google and this thing still does the same shit. Blue light turns off when updating or loading a tune and nothing works.

It's so frustrating, I wish I could get a refund and just get hptuners at this point but I bought this thing through a 3rd party and I'm in Canada so I'm not sure what my options are. I just wanted like 20 or 30 hp and higher shift points lol. I'll give them another call tomorrow and see whats up but I don't have much hope.

Tech support called me just now, went through trying to update the device with the same issue. sent another bug report and said he would get back to me later to day or tomorrow.

tried again on my lunch break. now when i go to device update instead of 97 files its 77. when it gets to power_os it pops up and says to disconnect device , plug back in and restart app to finish but nothing ever happens when i do that. if i go back to device update and shows 77 files and does the same thing. now when i go to update in the tune section it says updated successful. but i still cant up load a tune.
