Tune won't upload

OK, we should have everything we need to determine whats not working and will get you going asap.

i missed the call from tech support this morning ( time difference ) he said they removed the power os and it should work. i tried again this morning with the same results as yesterday. i'll be giving him a call again today.

tried calling and it says the office is closed when it shouldnt be?

they close for an hour at lunch, they are back now.

it did say that on the phone when i tried to call earlier, when i tried after their lunch it said the office is closed.
i got through little after that. waiting for a call back now.

well the fix seems to be replacing the predatorx with an I3. now i wait.
