Hello,
I purchased a used inTune from a Ram owner. The box indicates that it should be compatible with my 2011 Pentastar. After plugging it into my computer, I updated it to the latest firmware. When I connected it to my car, it required a "PCM calibration update," which meant I had to plug it back into the computer for additional updates. That went smoothly.
However, after performing the calibration update on my car, I found that I have no options to adjust parameters or apply any tunes. Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong?
