300c 2010 5.7 mds

Good afternoon y'all.
I wanna know if I'm wrong or if this is how diablo works.

I"m trying to disable mds on my 300c 2010 5.7, and after I confirm the tune, I go back to the setting "*mds" and I see the "*" it's on the "on" instead of the "off".

Been trying to select lotta times the off, but it just does not work (in diablo i3 8345). I'm not sensitive to hear the mds working, so that's why I want to know if even when the asteric is on the "on" option, the mds off remains

its just a default selection in the menu, but if you set it to OFF then load the tune, its off.
Wont come back on unless you reload the tune with it on or set it back to stock.
