Recently, I was gifted a Diablosport i2 device. Since it was used on a different vehicle, I purchased an additional tuning license as informed by Diablosport sales rep. Once it was plugged into my PC all updates were downloaded, then a vehicle plug-in was attempted on my 2013 Ram 1500 Sport 5.7. Immediately got a “Vehicle not supported error”, and attempted another 4 cycles of updating and connecting. This yielded the same results. I emailed support on 09/18/26 and explained the issue, then got an initial response saying the engineers had to fix on their end as they saw it on the server but it’s being rejected (ticket #734416) and should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours from initial submission. As of today nothing has been done, nor has the plug-and-unplug, clear updates then update again worked. Feel like I wasted my money, and could’ve just bought an MPV4. Has anyone else had any luck getting this to work, or having their customer service respond in the timeframe they gave?
