19 silverado tcm tune

I have a 19 Silverado 6.2l with the 10speed. When I use the tuner to tune the tcm it states that hard shift will cause a noticeable shift firmness. When I use this tune I feel no difference in full throttle or part throttle shifting. Anyone else have this problem?

does the firm shift feel better/different?
