Back in 2022, I purchased a PCM / Trinity 2 Platinum combo from you guys for my 2019 Dodge Durango R/T.
During the original installation, I unfortunately bricked the truck and had to have it towed. That was due to an issue on my end. The mounting bracket was broken, and I believe the connection was interrupted partway through the tuning process after the stock tune had already been saved.
The dealership ended up reinstalling and reflashing my original factory PCM, and the truck has been running normally since.
Unfortunately, I have since lost the unlocked DiabloSport PCM that originally came with the kit. I believe it may have accidentally been thrown away while it was being stored in my mom's garage.
I would like to try the process again, but I believe I now need to purchase just another unlocked PCM from you. I haven't been able to find a PCM-only option listed for the 2019 Durango, though. Sending my current PCM in for unlocking really isn't practical for me since I street park the vehicle and can't leave it immobilized.
I am also having an issue with my Trinity 2 Platinum. It appears to be stuck in a recovery loop from the failed tuning attempt in 2022.
When it boots, it tells me that an error occurred during the last tuning attempt and asks whether I want to restore the factory data.
If I select "No" to return to the main menu, it takes me to a black checkered screen and doesn't progress any further.
If I select "Yes," it attempts the recovery but eventually errors because the device is no longer connected to the vehicle. It then asks if I want to reset the device, which simply restarts it and brings me back to the same screen.
I also connected the Trinity to my PC to try updating or recovering it, but I don't see an Update Agent or updater application anywhere in the device's folders.
So at this point, I'm trying to figure out what my best options are:
Can I purchase another unlocked PCM from you for a 2019 Dodge Durango R/T without sending in my factory PCM?
Can my existing Trinity 2 Platinum be reset or recovered from the failed tuning attempt?
If so, what software or recovery procedure should I use to get the Trinity working normally again?
Will the Trinity still be usable with a replacement unlocked PCM, or will it need to be unlocked/reset by DiabloSport first? it is still going to be used on the original truck it was purchased for with the same VIN.
I'd really like to get everything working again and give the install another shot, so any guidance on the best way to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Really need to get the truck tuned since it has long tube headers, x pipe, LMI Intake and Widowmaker Exhausts.

give us a call, 561-908-0040, have the T2 powered up, we'll reset it.
We dont offer a pcm for the newer durango, but, we can unlock your original pcm if you'd like to go that route.
