Cant verify license / sync

2008 Silverado 5.3

My minivan was totaled a few weeks ago and a week later my trucks AFM lifter decided to collapse. I work split shifts 6 days a week. I have squeezed every second I can to repair my truck. Sunday is my only day off. I was able to get everything completed, put back together, it starts right up...and the last thing I need to do is tune out the AFM and this tuner simply will not verify/sync.

I have uninstalled and re installed the app a few times. I have tried with wi fi, I have tried using data. It never gets past the main screen that shows my VIN and has the tunes section grayed out. This is the last thing I need to do. I don't know what else to try but I NEEED my truck for work :/

I have disconnected my Viper alarm, sony head unit and amp. I made sure the hood and all doors are closed, nothing running, no lights etc. It just does not go past the screen that shows my VIN and keeps telling me that the license cannot be verified at this time.
