not able to update or link to truck

so i bought my intune 3 off of amazon on monday 11/2/26 and then recieved it yesterday 11/6/26 i went to install it in the truck and it says vehicle not supported update and try again so i get it on the wifi and have it plugged into my laptop and when i go to check for updates it says "updater failed to download:couldnt connect to server" and i cant figure this thing out on how to get it to update and im getting pretty frusturated because i spent $500 dollars on this tuner if anyone knows anything or has had this happen before please tell me how to fix it.
