predator and computer not talking

I just had a cam and heads installed and when the shop hooked up the predator to their computer, it says looking for the com port and does nothing after that. the operating system is XP. When i have the predator at home it works fine running under VISTA.??? Help!!!

Their cable is messed up or they don't have the right driver for it. Simple fix, just find the driver or use your cable.
