The Predator has no analog inputs to do that. You will need to purchase a wideband Air/Fuel meter to read that or take it to a dyno that uses a wideband.
RE: How to check AFR using Predator
Already I toke my truck to a dyno and my Air/Fuel was around 17 ! (unexpected #) .. my upgrades as shown below:
-K&N 77 SERIES COLD AIR INTAKE KIT.
-JBA SHORTY HEADERS.
-SPLIT REAR EXIT BORLA EXHAUST SYSTEM.
-NO CATS, REPLACED WITH TWO MUFFLERS.
What is your opinion, is it possible that my after market parts is leaning my car that much?
thanks alot!

RE: How to check AFR using Predator
Where were they measuring air/fuel? In the tailpipe or before the convertors?
RE: How to check AFR using Predator
I'm not sure .. But after that I raise the MAF Curve to + 26% and the result was around 12.5 (Air/Fuel). And what surprise me that the HP was raised up to 30 hp (on dynojet screen). But when I drive the car I don't feel that much performance, the acceleration become sluggish and the mufflers voice are very loudly and noisy, also the truck isn't shift smoothly!
Those things made me doubt on the dynojet result, is it accurate or not?
Any help will be appreciated and thanks alot for responding!

RE: How to check AFR using Predator
Sounds like you do need a custom tune especially if you had to add that much fuel.

Also I don't know if they were measuring the AFR from the tailpipe or after the converter, Please I hope that you can explain the difference between them on the AFR result?
thanks alot!

RE: How to check AFR using Predator
Sounds like you have a dirty or faulty MAF sensor. The oil in after market filters some times collects and builds debris on the sensor wires. Try inspecting and cleaning MAF. Your mods should not lean it out that much. Hope this helps.

Yes, a leak will cause lean issues often times as well.
