Tool does not support error for 08 JGC SRT8

I have done everything every website has said to try 5 times and i still keep getting this stupid message when i try to load a tune

tool does not support
calid: 05030375AF
tool update might be available

When i try to do the calibration update which is what is required as far as i have read i can not get the calibration update tab to show up on the DSDownloader to save my life. I have followed all the instructions to the tee and even went out and bought a regular serial cable to see if it was the driver issue everyone was talking about. Why does the predator not support my truck?

someone please save the day and help me out.

I found a forum post buy a japanese guy that got the same message but with a different cal ID. It was supposed to be cause he had an export model.
I live in the US and bought my jeep locally... new.

if you have taken a backup and the tool then tells you it does not support your calid and the downloader will not bring up the calibration update tab, you are out of luck. it may be a calibration file diablo has not included yet.

Yes i have dont that page more over and over again. Even went and got a serial cable and tried it then.

What do you mean taken a backup? I havent gotten to that point. I read the disclaimer and switch on the egnition and it says it then. I thought it doesnt backup your file until right before u add the new tune.

The Predator does not support your Calibration ID yet. Contact DiabloSport and the guys can tell you approximately when the software will be updated to support your CALID. I had this problem when my PCM was updated by the dealer... within a week, my CALID was included when they went from 9r02 to 9r03. Shouldn't take too long.

So since this last post, did the 9r04 correct the problem? I have a couple of clients who are asking if this is all corrected. I really hope so because I would hate to have a great tool like the Diablo Predator but couldn't use it for this reason. How long will it be before the 9r05 comes out? I am pretty sure this will have all the CALID support everyone needs if this 9r04 doesn't.

Currently, the latest calibration for the 08 GCSRT8 is not supported.
Anyone that can access it through the starscan oughta let me know, as the file is currently unavailable, and we need it to add support.

i am going this Sat. to buy a predator. and now i am confused, will it support my SRT8GC or not?

If your SRT8GC has had the ECM updated to the latest flash, then at this time, the predator won't work until the guys at DS get their hands on the update through a starscan (the tool Chrysler Techs use to program your vehicle).

I say buy it anyway, it's only a matter of time until it's updated.
