2000 F250 No Start after PCM recal 7.3

We have a customer that we removed the Delta Chip before working on it, had to Recal the Pcm now the vehicle will not start with the Delta Chip installed. Key was removed from ignition before chip removed.

The calibration has been changed on the PCM no longer matching the chip. The chip will have to be reprogrammed.
