Lost Factory tune!!! Any help?

I have the SLP Tuner for my 03 silverado 1500HD w/6.0L Gas Auto trans.

While I was waiting for a tune to upload ..and the diablo was backing up my factory tune the tuner locked up..so I waited for about 20 mins in my hot truck hoping it was just taking a real long time but no luck..so i turned ignition off and on ..no luck ..screen frozen...disconnected and tried to start the truck..no luck... just keeps turning over .. Tried to install backup but there isnt one..Is there any where i can download a factory tune for my truck on my pc and send it to the tuner? I really don't want to have to go to the beloved dealership.

If the programmer locked up while getting the original backup the the original backup is still in the truck. Just try again, nothing has been lost. Make sure you have followed the manual and have pulled any fuses you need to (or disabled any extra electronics you might have.)
