Does anyone know if there will be and update for the u7130 predator model that will allow me to change my tire size?

no it wont happen, its a hardware issue not a software, the pred{7130}doesnt tap into the abs module.weve all wished but it wont hapen,2 options i guess,1-get a smarty,2get a newer truck and use the 7131.im gonna get a lowmilage 06 if i can find one, dont want all the polution, milage robbing stuff of the 07s and up.

Hey dave if you look hard you might find an 07' like mine with the last of the great 5.9ctd, I love the 07's the interior is metallic, 06' are wood grain. You might find a truck pretty easy, with rising fuel prices there are going to be a lot of diesels for sale.

hey kw,does ur 07 have the dpf filter thigny?i thought that came on all 07s,oh i definatly want another 5.9.i didnt know they came in the 07s,thanx for the tip,ur right about the fuel prices making prices go down, thats why im looking,i dont drive much{work out of town lots with out my truck}ive seen some good deals out there,ur also right about the wood dash,i dont like that mch,i would like the metealic one too,hey darkwao,if ur running 35s with a lift and its an auto i wouldnt go over the performace tune, with those tires and an auto on extreme u could do some harm,a valve body would help,i think the dealer can program ur speedo for a small{hahaha}fee, probaly an hours labour, the smarty is a wicked tuner but kinda pricey,it works best on 04.5 and up dodges, the pred for the 03-04s is very good for the price,i havent had any complaints about mine,my dad tried it and wouldnt give it back so i had to get anohter one,if u just want the speedo right go to the dealer and keep ur pred, but do some tranny work before u romp on her in extreme, there are custom tunes here also, the rkl tunes literally "kick assss"they do run hot but thier awsome.with jsut the pred on perf ur exhaust is fine,u may want to straight pipe her if u havent already.

no dpf, it took me me awhile to find the truck, once I got mine my buddy went and got one also, except he runs a tripledog and his is auto, he pretty much kicks my a$$ until I grab 6th, then he cant hang he's on extreme and I am running Perf.(haha) I love this truck with 5.9IL, have fun with the pred, I also think a friend at work will buy one for his 06' dually, he has had my pred. for about 3days so when I get it from this after noon he will get one soon because stock sucks!!

I don't see a problem running on extreme. You can feel when your hard on the tranny. I find I get good milage on extreme and drive it like a granny. Nice part is knowing the awesome power is there when you need it or want it. Don't launch hard everylight and romp it to get to highway speed and you will not destroy the tranny in a instant. That said I did put a new TC and shift kit in, Now it hooks up, there is no slippage.

ramm is right,i get the best milage on the rkl with timing tunes,{i love those}i think the lift and big tires al already a bit hard on ur tranny, the autos are the weak link on the dodges with mods, find a reputable diesel shop and do some research, the best site for cummins info is dieseltruckresource.com theres a wealth of info on there,im a member there and lots of guys here are too,get a free login acount and then search for tranny mods,u will read for days, also dont be afraid to ask questions there too,the guys their are awsome and smart,if u have a prob, someone there has had it too and can fixx u up,happy modding
